What is the Return Policy?
Every item from Branded Sky Co. is handcrafted using genuine leather and one of a kind cowhide hides. Because I work with natural materials, each piece will carry its own unique markings, textures, scars, and imperfections. These natural characteristics are not considered flaws, but part of what makes every item authentic and completely unique.
I truly want you to love your piece, and I care deeply about making sure my customers are happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please reach out to me first within 3 days of your package being marked as delivered so we can discuss an exchange.
Items must be shipped back within that 3 day window and returned in their original condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and shipping for the exchanged item.
Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of these products, I do not offer refunds at this time.

When will I get my order?
Ready To Ship: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before receiving your tracking information.
Made to Order: Please allow up to 7 business days before receiving your tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders are shipped through USPS.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit times.
Please note that once a package leaves our facility and is accepted by USPS, we no longer have control over shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If your package is missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please visit USPS to file a claim or contact your local post office for assistance.

Products from Branded Sky Co. are thoughtfully handcrafted on the west coast of Florida using genuine leather and one of a kind cowhide hides. I focus on small batch production and carefully selected materials to create pieces that feel unique, timeless, and made to last.
From time to time, we may also feature products created by other talented makers and artisans. Any collaborative or sourced pieces will always be clearly noted within the product listing.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping within the United States for $12 per order.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped through USPS. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before receiving your tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
